1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to IT Hen IT Center. By accessing our website (ithenit.center), enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

IT Hen IT Center provides professional IT training and retraining programs in various technology domains including software development, data science, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and mobile app development. Our services include:

  • Instructor-led training courses
  • Online and offline learning materials
  • Hands-on projects and assignments
  • Career counseling and job placement assistance
  • Certification upon successful course completion

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Registration Process

To register for a course, you must complete the enrollment form and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Course Admission

Admission to courses is subject to availability and may require meeting certain prerequisites. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel registrations at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Course Fees

Course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. All fees are in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) as specified. Fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan before course commencement.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods as specified during enrollment. Payment plans (3-month or 6-month installments) are available for eligible courses.

4.3 Late Payments

If you choose an installment plan, payments must be made on the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and services until payment is received. A late fee may be applied to overdue payments.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Student

  • Before Course Start: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if cancelled at least 7 days before course start date
  • Within First Week: 50% refund if cancelled within the first 7 days of course commencement
  • After First Week: No refund available after the first week of course commencement

5.2 Cancellation by IT Hen IT Center

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another batch.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days to the original payment method.

6. Course Attendance and Participation

6.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to maintain at least 80% attendance to be eligible for course completion certificates. Excessive absences may result in course failure or dismissal without refund.

6.2 Code of Conduct

Students must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students. Disruptive behavior, harassment, cheating, or plagiarism will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6.3 Academic Integrity

All work submitted must be your own. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action, including potential dismissal from the program.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, presentations, code samples, and documentation, are the intellectual property of IT Hen IT Center or our licensors. These materials are provided for your personal educational use only.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any course materials without our prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

7.3 Student Work

You retain ownership of projects and assignments you create during the course. However, by submitting work, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes.

8. Job Placement Assistance

While we provide job placement assistance and maintain relationships with hiring partners, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Job placement success depends on various factors including your skills, performance, market conditions, and individual effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Hen IT Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our services
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT Hen IT Center, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IT Hen IT Center regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
